In 2007 he was granted the Best Season for a Director award by the Westword and also received the Colorado Theatre Guild Henry Award for Outstanding Direction of a Play for Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?. Other directing credits include This Is How It Goes, The Gin Game, Hedda Gabler, Bus Stop, and The Sound of a Voice, among many others.
